We look into the lives of three individuals who live with or have a loved one who lives with type 2 diabetes. Charles breaks the news to each of them that they will be joining him in Costa Rica for season 2 of ReverseD.
ReverseD is a reality TV series with a purpose; Inspiring guests and saving the lives of ones living with Diabetes. ReverseD follows the health journey of three guests, who are desperate to find hope. The guests were invited to a retreat in beautiful Costa Rica where they worked with some of the top experts in keto and intermittent fasting.
The guests and experts arrive in Costa Rica. They all got settled in and enjoyed some local cuisine and beautiful dancers from Atenas, Costa Rica.
Tension rises as Jannet’s feelings were hurt when she was approached by an expert. Charles surprises the guests with a visit to a local coffee farm.
A few months after the guests leave Costa Rica, Charles checks in with them to monitor their progress. Each of the guests talk about their journey and share their transformations.
The guests start their day with some relaxing yoga. They worked with the experts on many subjects and soaked in a ton of knowledge. After a busy afternoon, the crew took break to visit a local orphanage, where some of the experts had an emotional moment, as they reflected on their past.
The guests and talk one on one with the experts and identify their daily hurdles. They start to dive into their health as Dr Vega works with the guests on the importance of exercise.

The crew started their day by taking a Covid test from a local lab. The guests sit down with Dr Vega and talk about the importance of following the principals. Lisa conquered a goal she set when she arrived in Costa Rica.
